D-ICE, part of UTG Group, the first independent full-service ground handling operator, was founded on August 1, 2014.
D-ICE supplies de-icing fluids to airports, airlines, and handlers, provides environmental consulting, and renders a full range of services for de-icing fluid waste (DFW) management, including:
- collection of DFW from the apron using specialized sweeping machines / DFW accumulation, and DFW transportation and disposal at in-house production facilities;
- DFW storage in a temporary storage warehouse;
- laboratory tests of fuels and lubricants;
- design of storage bases for de-icing fluid and its wastes.
In order to meet the needs of all airports in the Moscow aviation hub, D-ICE built a modern integrated glycol waste recycling plant in the Vorsino Industrial Park located in the Kaluga Region.
The plant's production capacity allows to dispose of waste with any concentration and obtain the final product - ethylene glycol, including that for recycling at the stage producing de-icing fluid and/or other liquids, which include ethylene glycol.
